More About Greenfields Farm Greenfields Farm is located in northeast Texas, less than two hours from the Dallas area (map). Greenfields was originally founded by W.E. (Buddie) Ball specializing in Quarter Horses and Paints. In 1992, Buddie saw his first Section B Welsh and fell in love. He began breeding Section B's on a small scale and eventually developed a larger breeding and training program. Section D Welsh Cobs and Half-Welsh stallions have been the most recent additions and our stallions are national champions with superior movement, great temperaments and the versatility to compete at all levels. The foundation of our breeding program is the legendary Findeln Blue Danube, who has left his stamp on our mares.
